It's that time of year again! UVic's Hoop Love Club is proud to present our third annual HoopLove Hoopla!

A night filled with hoop performances, fire spinning, and music to get you moving!

Travel Light
Travel Light is Canadian indie pop dance band formed in Victoria B.C. consisting of Oscar kempe (guitar, vocals), Noah Monckton (bass, vocals), Jack Pasay (percussion), Chris Neal (Guitar), Andrew Greenwood (tenor saxophone), Matt Bawtinheimer (trumpet, bass), Julian Mulhall (Keys, Vocals). Upon formation in September 2014 the group has been gigging consistently around Victoria's bar and club scene. Repertoire includes various pop and R&B and rock covers and original songs written by Monckton and Kempe. Our sound is based on tight grooves flowing melodies and good times.

Everybody Left
Everybody Left is an “indie-rock” band based out of Victoria, Vancouver Island. They play a dirty pop cold fusion of lo-fi funk blues mixed with a reluctant reggae vibe and a post-ska/alternative Hip Hop flavour. (Did I miss anything... Jazz! Country!! Classical-Dub-Step-Emo-Folk-Metal!!! Now everyone is covered)

Please feel free to bring your own hoops! We will also have club hoops available for the beginning of the night. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged hoops, so please take care of your circles! We will have a coat & hoop check on site for this!
