“The dark Side of Light” is a new show introduced by the classically trained guitarist and self-taught jazzman, Éric Ricard. For this show, he reunites two excellent musicians, percussionist Michel Dupire and bassist Alex Bellegarde.
Inspired by big names in music such as Joe Pass, Léo Brouwer, Keith Jarrett, Bill Evans, and John Coltrane, the trio explores the light, and sometimes dark, side of jazz. A premiere that will certainly not be the last.

« Le Côté sombre de la Lumière » est un nouveau spectacle initié par le guitariste de formation classique, autodidacte du jazz, Éric Ricard. Pour ce spectacle, il a réuni 2 excellents musiciens, Michel Dupire aux percussions et Alex Bellegarde à la contrebasse.
Inspiré par de grands noms de la musique, tel Joe Pass, Léo Brouwer, Keith Jarreth, Bill Evans et John Coltrane, le trio explore les côtés lumineux et parfois plus sombre du jazz. Une première qui ne sera certainement pas une dernière. À suivre.
