TOOFLY is back!!! Bigger and badder than ever. With a special night of pure deep electronic beats. The very finest Techno, House and Acid for the hardcore TOOFLY heads.

For over two years years we have worked very hard to bring the good people of Bedford together with top quality Djs such as - Afronaught (Bugz in the Attic), Dego (4-Hero), Zed Bias (Swamp 81), Phil Asher (Restless Soul) & Atjazz (ARC/Lazy Days/Naked). This reads as a who's who of some of the pioneering founding fathers of British dance music culture but this month we are going one step further..

We are extremely excited and honored to bring to you one of the ultimate legends of the UK dance music scene, a man who is seen as the Godfather of UK House and Techno. Starting out in 1983 on the then pirate radio station Kiss Fm with his groundbreaking Abstrakt Dance Show… This months we are very proud to present our guest.. Mr Colin Dale.

Today there are literally hundreds of thousands of House and Techno djs around the globe but when you wind the clock back to the beginning there were just a handful and one of those is this months very special guest Colin Dale. He was a pioneer then and is a pioneer today. Over 30 years of djing has not blunted Colin in his search for the freshest underground sounds. Quite simply one of the best and most respected Djs in the UK period. This is a real coup for us and for the dance music lovers of Bedford.

Alongside Colin, is a stella support cast with the extremely talented and respected underground Techno DJ/Producer -

Leigh Dickson.

Leigh has recorded for labels such as Qube/Pariter & For Those That Know as well as presenting a radio show on London’s Hoxton FM and co promoting and resident the Transition club night held in London.
Expect deep underground Detroit influenced techno to twist up the dance floor.

Next up we welcome back to the ones and twos a DJ that tore up the Toofly dance floor to pieces last year leaving us all screaming for one more at 4am with his selections of underground Acid beats….

This is going to be a night to remember. Not only with a creme de la creme line up, but its going to be the last night at Hi-Fi for Toofly, we have had great memories at this venue and had amazing parties, but its time to move on to pastures new. We want to say goodbye to our home for the past two years on a massive high and put on amazing party for you all to remember.

We really hope you will join us to show some love to dance music legend Colin Dale and say goodbye to the Funktion One system in style…
