John ‘Babyface Assassin’ Pudge provides the brassy trumpet tones via Tijuana and smoky New York basements and Ryan Every‘s guitar echoes and blistering blues licks reverberate via Nashville and Brixton. Up-front are the double-edged vocal onslaught of Lloyd McGrath and Cherelle Harding; melodies form a fusion of sultry and seductive to rabble-rousing war cries.　 Having both melodic prowess and lyrical conviction to both stop tracks and move feet.
