MTNVIBEZ Productions presents Reggae Sundays at the One Stop, a weekly conscious party with sounds ranging from roots and foundation to dancehall and modern styles. Hosted by Selecta Red-Iya and I-Lou and featuring special guests and frequent live bands. Downtown sound system in full effect – local Asheville reggae for the people . Music starts at 9 pm.
Louis Abel and Jorge Aberle (I Lou and Selecta Red-Iya) are reggae DJs and producers based out of Asheville, NC. I Lou is originally from the coast of South Carolina and Red-Iya is from Costa Rica. I Lou performs on keyboard with a number of reggae bands and operates his own studio, and Jorge also mixes electronic music under the name Zenssie.
