On Wednesday the 28th February & Thursday March 1st join us in our sister pub Hely's Bar as we host a Father Ted Pub Quiz and Episode Screening. We'll be showing your favourite episodes, as voted by you, followed by a Father Ted themed pub quiz all hosted by Mr Eoin McLove (Patrick McDonnell) himself.

Tables cost €20 for teams up to 4 people, and all ticket purchases are being donated to the Irish Heart Foundation. Time to put that money that was just 'resting in your account' to good use.

There will be spot prizes on the night as well as the grand prize of free beer for a year* in The Mercantile bar. I'm no good at judging the amount of pints Ted, but I'd say that's about seventeen million of them.

It's sure to be a night of feic, craic, drink and girls all in aid of a good cause. So what are you waiting for?
