Party: Letz Zep – Tales Of Storms Tour 2016

45 years ago legendary British rock band Led Zeppelin released what many people believe to be their best work, their untitled fourth album.
Usually called simply Led Zeppelin IV.

This seminal album changed the face of rock music forever, setting the bar ever higher. Re-writing the rule book, Led Zeppelin IV featured eight classic rock songs including ‘Black Dog’, ‘Rock and Roll’ and the song most people recognise them by ‘Stairway to Heaven’.

Although never officially released as a single, it remains the most requested song on FM radio stations worldwide.

The album is one of the best-selling albums worldwide at 37 million copies, with a 23-times platinum certification.

It is one of the top five best-selling album of all time with Writers and critics have regularly cited it on lists of rock’s greatest albums.

Prior to the albums released, Led Zeppelin were one of the very first bands to perform in Japan, receiving the city medal from the Mayor of Hiroshima in recognition of this.

Their first ever show at The Budakan, Tokyo, was to be recorded for future release, but the sounds of the thunder storm that hit the city marred the recording and the tapes were wiped.

In recognition of this, Letz Zep have named their 2016 World Tour as the Tales of Storms tour 2016.

To mark the 45th anniversary, Letz Zep will be recreating this show (minus the storms we hope) by performing songs from the The Budakan, Japan, 1971.
Featuring the now timeless classics from Led Zeppelin’s legendary fourth album.

Letz Zep are the Official Number One tribute to Led Zeppelin, by the authoritative Ticketmaster organisation.

Letz Zep have performed at the official launch party for the Led Zeppelin ‘Mothership’ CD.

Robert Plant himself said it was like watching himself onstage: “I walked in, I saw me”.

The band regularly tour all over the UK, Europe and South America, to packed houses and rave reviews.

Letz Zep are the certainly most successful and in demand tribute act to Led Zeppelin on the planet, having been featured on BBC1, BBC2 and ITV1. As well as appearing on TV and radio in Spain, France, Brazil, Venezuela, Australia, New Zealand .. to name but a few.

The band had a full page feature in Rolling Stone Magazine, Classic Rock magazine’, they also received a glowing full page review in Kerrang! magazine, (Twice) and interviewed for Le Figaro in France.

The band have also featured on Planet Rock Radio, Darren Redick naming them ‘The Very Best of tribute bands’, and also on BBC Radio 2, where Chris Evans said of the band “a proper rock show, 10 outta 10″

Letz Zep have also been reviewed in The Sunday Times by Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson. He said of the band: “If you closed your eyes you really could imagine that it was Plant and Page up there. And if you opened them again the illusion didn’t really go away”
