Please register at [email protected] if interested in completing your Bronze or SRC qualification and come and chat with the training patrol this Saturday the 2nd December from 11:30am until 6pm.
The Timed swim requirement is:
Bronze - 400m in 9 mins
SRC - 200m in 5 mins
