Starting Monday January 11th, we're hosting Shake, Rattle, & Roll: a weekly hangout for you to dance, do crafts, and/or play games with your friends. Just bring your dance shoes, games, and arts & crafts, then you can pop back and forth between whichever activities appeal to you!

On the second Monday every month, we'll upgrade to a live band night with The Flying Saucers. Between our Monday and Friday dance nights, Red Hot Swing is happy to double the number of live band nights we bring you every month. :)

Unlike Friday nights, there is no drop-in beginner dance lesson at the start of the night. Instead, we're offering higher level classes - we've had a lot of requests for more of that stuff! For January, we're doing drop-in Swing 5 lessons from 7pm to 8:30pm. These classes are not included in the admission price for the dance afterwards.

We'll have a variety of teas available for just $1, and you're welcome to bring your own snacks. You can also order take-out from 5th Street Bar & Grill, they're just a few doors down the road!

Time: 8:30pm to 11:00pm every Monday.

Location: 1110 Hillside Avenue, in Norway House just east of Quadra St.

Price (with band, second Monday each month): $13 adults, $12 members, $10 for students
