A young Israeli film maker interviews ex soldiers and army officers about their activities. Some of them have become small-scale arms dealer with a world-wide market. New technology facilitates ingenious new methods of destroying human lives. Amongst other things, they can offer guns that can see round the corners. Many countries purchase arms from Israeli manufacturers, having been assured that they have been tested... on Palestinians. The attitude of the Israeli army personnel in responding to the interviewer is profoundly shocking - ' these people are born to die...'
