This will be an evening of great acoustic blues music.
Sandy Tweeddale is the Lead Guitarist and Singer with the leading Scottish Blues Band, Blues n Trouble. He will be playing at Montrose Folk Club in a duo with Kenny Potter who plays double bass, keyboards and sings.
Sandy Tweeddale and Kenny Potter are both members of the Maggie Bell Band and of the Ben Rice Band. Kenny Potter has a weekly residency in the Dockers Club, in Leith, which was the venue for the filming of the famous movie of Trainspotting.
Sandy and Kenny have been engaged by the Edinburgh Jazz Festival to form the House band for a BB King tribute, which has been commissioned for this years Festival in June.
