Alexander East lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A young boy in Brooklyn, he taught himself how to play many different musical instruments and sing. After spending his early years in the recording studio, he learned how to produce and engineer his own works. Alexander has now made a name for himself on a world wide scale with appearances on several different record labels including his own Planet East Recordings outfit, releasing dozens of chart-topping tracks that have established him as fixture in the underground. He often performs with multiple instruments and sings live while deejaying.
