Party: Engineering & Management Industry Night

Are you tired of attending mass career fairs? Where you, along with hundreds of other qualified students, hand out resumes to company representatives that won’t remember your name? Do you want to learn more about the companies you apply to without having to attend lengthy information sessions for each one?

If you answered yes, then we have an event for you!

MEMS will be hosting its second annual Industry Night on Monday February 8th, 6:00pm – 9:00pm. The event will be EXCLUSIVE to Engineering and Management students, giving you more time to network with the companies of your choice.

What will the night entail?

The event is drop-in (you must register on OscarPlus first!), although we suggest you come early to guarantee time to interact with your companies of interest. Industry Night is a great opportunity to network with company representatives and learn about the types of projects they do, what their company values are, and what type of work you could expect if you were to be hired for a co-op or full-time position. Even if you are not looking for work, this is a great opportunity to establish personal connections with the companies you are interested in. There will also be students in attendance who have completed their internships and are able to share their experiences with you!
