DJ LICIOUS

Belgium-based but beaming the love of house all over the world with a blend of funky rhythms, groovy sax and smooth vocals: Dj Licious knows good vibes come from nothing but house music.

After founding the celebrated clubbing concept SHOMI in Antwerp, his DJ career directed him to the Belgian ‘Defected in the house’ parties, proudly pushing house music on a national level. By mixing fresh tunes in his own global radio show on Radio FG, spinning his favorite tracks at clubs and festivals worldwide (Tomorrowland & World, Privilege Ibiza, Laundry Day & Summerfestival mainstage, Disney Land Paris, WMC Miami, Pacha World Tour, and many more…), Dj Licious does what he loves most: let the music do the talking.

Producing his own tracks was only a natural step in spreading quality house vibes all around the world. His work has been played and approved arround the world which resulted in remixes for the likes of Bob Sinclar, Funkerman, Beyoncé and many more.
Now he is signed to belgian’s biggest dance label N.E.W.S & Funkerman’s label “Can You Feel It?” where it’s all about getting that funk and soul back where they belong: into the heart of house music.

SAKSO

The icing on the cake, the life of the party,…

Sakso always knows how to spice up the night.

No matter what kind of music the deejay is playing, he blends in perfectly and adds that extra live touch to it.

Sakso has proven his live qualities at exclusive events like the TMF Awards, Hed Kandi and Defected in the House, but also at large festivals like Tomorrowland, Summerfestival, Laundry Day and many more. Sakso is a resident at Versuz as V-Essentials’ live touch of soulful music, but played at numerous other national and international venues like Carre, Noxx, Kokorico, La Rocca, Mondial (NL), Stairs (DE) Privilege (Ibiza) and many more!

DJ GEE

DJ Gee, resident DJ at La Rocca since 1998. Glenn started his musical adventure in the early nineties. At the age of 18, he became resident DJ at “Revue”, a small underground club located in Mechelen. While he was shopmanager at Free Record Shop, there was a silence between 1994-1996. But actually it all happened in the summer of 1997.

In Ibiza, he discovered the smooth, vocal, groovy, latino, funky vibes at the Space Terraza. A style he really wanted to show to all the Belgian party people. Then in 98, he met Olivier Abbeloos aka T-99 (Anastasia) and C-Mos (2 Million Ways). Together with Danny (DJ Dee), they started to play as “Dee&Gee” at Fill Collins Club and La Rocca Backstage. End 1999, Gee started to work @ Influence (ex-Be@nS), a small specialised record-store located in the center of Antwerp.

Till end 2006, he worked at one of the biggest record stores in Belgium. He played with many international DJ’s like Axwell (Swedish House Mafia), Brian Tappert and John “Julius” Knight (Soulsearcher), Joey Negro, Martijn Ten Velden, David Guetta, Faithless and his “bro” Jonathan Ulysses (Space Ibiza) at La rocca with his own concept “Good Times”.

After gigs in Spain (X-Tra), the Streetparade in the Netherlands, Warsaw (Poland), Bora Bora (Ibiza) and Savannah (Ibiza), he’s still playing at “Shomi”, the concept of DJ Licious , “It Sounds Like Belgium” and “Back To Basicz”.

Last summer he was guest DJ at the closing of Café Olé at SPACE IBIZA, still number 1 discoteca in the world.

Anthonio

From early age Anthonio was fascinated by music and grew up with the new beat of the 80's. When he started going out and experienced the uplifting house tunes of the clubs in the early 90’s, he instantly knew one thing: he wants to be a deejay. Influenced by a diversity of music styles, he started playing with only one purpose, making the people go wild on the dance floor with the music he loves the most: house music.
Thanks to the support in the early days of 1998 @ Club Zanzibar (Blankenberge), Anthonio took every chance he got to play & mix some records. Eventually, he had 12 years a respected residency @ Club Zanzibar. There he was well known for his long, uplifting sets. You could find him behind the decks every weekend.
From 2007 till 2010, Anthonio was the proud owner of club Zanzibar and a dream came reality: having his own club, to offer a good night out for all the party people.

With his sets and parties Anthonio wants to give the crowd what they really want: good times on quality house music. He uses a variety of styles to keep the party going on and on. From deep house to tech house, progressive to minimal, electro to techno, … . It just needs to be 'funky'. So maybe that gives his sets something extra, brought to you with his own style, technique and off course lots of love and passion.

Some unforgettable parties were organized by him @ Club Zanzibar, where he played side by side with some of Belgian finest dj’s (Marco Bailey, Marko, Prinz, Jan Van Biesen, Henk, Ollivier Abbeloos, Alec, Tofke, Pierre, Deg, Gee, Zzino, Jack, Eric B, Ya'Mo, Josh Lasden, Pepe Luvwax, Sven Lanvin, Yves Deruyter, …).

Dj Anthonio played regularly at some fine & famous clubs, bars and parties such as La Rocca, Overkitched @ Le Cabaret Brussels, Fuse, Decadance, Montuno's, Ootre-Sjoos, La Scala, La Nuit Events, 'T Kant, L' Amaral, The Top, La Suite, Nano Beach, Soleado Blauw, Circosia, Ostend Beach, Beachland, Blue Buddha, … .

And the party doesn't stop… 'Zanzibar Nights', his concept held nowadays frequently @ Circosia, is a dedication to the nightlife and the beloved Zanzibar grooves. He’s really addicted to house and techno music.
Today Anthonio also started producing, so be ready for some nice vibes coming your way.
