Analog drone wizard Magneticring has made a name for himself in Vancouver by melding moody synth noise, hypnotizing beats, and spacey distortion to create music in the vein of vintage electronica and obscure pysch. The man behind the moniker, Joshua Stevenson, also runs Vancouver’s Otic Sound Studio, having produced and mixed countless local talent from Destroyer to White Lung.

About the Fox Cabaret
