Party: FGPC Vic Vixens Open House

The FGPC Vic Vixens Dragon Boat Team, in its 4th year as a racing team, are a group of women ages 45+ whose mission is to foster harmony, respect, fellowship, focus and fitness through commitment to practice and competition. Our team goals are to strive for continued improvement both in racing and personal growth. In the spirit of sponstmanship and fair play, we work as a tam harmoniously with determination and focus.

This year the Vixen's will participate in four of the many festivals that take place over the dragon boat season; Fairway Gorge Super Sprints, Nanaimo Dragon Boat Festival, Fairway Gorge Fest, and the very exciting Victoria Dragon Boat Festival, which wraps up our season in mid-August.

At our upcoming Open House, many of our current team members will be on hand alongside our coach to give you first-hand introduction to the joys of dragon boating. Paddles and life jackets will provided, you just need to sign an online waiver: http://fgpaddle.com/. We are eager to wlecome you!

The Vixens are also having an introductory session on Monday March 27th and Wednesday March 29th from 4:45 to 6:45pm, our regular practice, in which you are welcome to participate. This will enable you once again to see if dragon boat racing is a good fit for your interests.
