Fairway Gorge Fest is our second home-based Festival of the season in the magnificient Selkirk waterway, and a great warm up for the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival held just week later!
This is a one day event with 500M sprint races, including one heat, one semi-final, and finals. And back by popular demand this year are the 100m knock outs!
Sol Food - cafe / deli / catering will be open for food and beverages all day.
The FGPC Dragon Flyers are hosting the third annual "Mito Up!" event at the Gorge Fest Dragon Boat Festival in Victoria, British Columbia on August 12, 2017.
The Dragon Flyers challenge you to "Mito Up!" to help raise awareness and funds to support greater public awareness, education and treatment of mitochondrial disorders.
The festivities include a "Cream Mito" activity during the lunch break. Volunteers will be tastefully decorated with whipped cream pies by fellow paddlers.
