Phlegmatic Dogs have pioneered a new version bass music; their crunchy, bass heavy, driving, 4 for the floor driven groove house is something to be marvelled at. These two hailing from Moscow, Russia are riding the movement in their own unique style. Their latest EP Keepmastik is an Electric Circus Saturday staple and before that the Weegle EP was played in full rotation every weekend. If AC Slater from Night Bass saw something in them, well we sure did too.
