Soleb Theory is a funk-fusion band from Wichita, KS, formed in 2010. They play an eclectic mixture of punk, funk, metal and ska with an underlying Latin element added by the rhythm section. After a hiatus and the departure of the original drummer, the new lineup – consisting of bassist Alejandro Alamos, drummer Andres Alamos and guitarist/vocalist Drew Colcher – played its first shows in Santiago, Chile before returning stateside. The last year has seen the band recording their first EP – Sunroom Sessions – and widening their fanbase with frequent out-of-town gigs. Their self-titled LP was released in July of 2014 on Kirby's Beer Store Records, and is available on iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby and locally at Spektrum Muzik and Kirby's Beer Store.
