Wankelmut - once a unknown producer and DJ, using his craft to help support himself as a student - is now one of the biggest stars in the house revival. His crossover hit - a remix of "One Day/Reckoning Song" propelled him to success, the song taking off virally from his SoundCloud, posted as an unsigned track on the then 24 year's page back in 2011.

The track charted amazingly once it hit release, hitting No.1 on iTunes, Beatport and the national charts in Germany all at the same time. But Wankelmut is not simply a one hit wonder kid. His "Wood & Wine" EP, released through one of our favourite labels, Get Physical Music, was widely well received when it was released back in December 2013.

He's released two mixes on the same label also - Wankelmoods Vol 1 & 2, and who could forget the seminal hit with Emma Louise, "My Head is a Jungle" - a hit that needs no explaining.
