Céilí by the Lee is now taking place in twilight, the most magical hour of the day. At 19:30 on Monday evening we gather on the dance floor of Crane Lane. First we fly through the basic steps, making sure everyone is comfortable and competent before we move on to increasingly interesting group dances. Beginners are welcome, no partner is required, and there's a non-zero chance either Bill Murray or Ed Sheeran will show up some evening.

A great way to meet new people in Cork, learn to dance, and experience Irish culture. If one of your new year's resolutions is to try something new, try this!

Our venue is the inimitable Crane Lane, Cork's finest bar. With a huge dance floor to accommodate the most exuberant dancers, and an equally huge range of drinks to refresh them!
