Party: Body vs Etiket featuring Jane Fitz (Night Moves/Freerotation)

Body is back again after a short break following a pretty incredible night with Amir Alexander back in October. Massive thanks to those of you who joined us for a very memorable evening.

For our seventh party we have the pleasure of joining forces with etiket (the baby of good friend Laurence Nolan who have hosted the likes of Christopher Rau, Linkwood, Hunee and most recently Brawther) to welcome Jane Fitz, a Dj who for us is simply one of the best in the world right now. Jane has been playing for over 20 years now and has built her reputation almost entirely on her skills as a DJ. With a penchant for discovering obscure tracks and a knack for piecing them together better than almost anyone else her stock has continually risen as the years have progressed.

Her prowess as a taste maker is reflected in a wide musical palette which takes in everything from transcendental ambient to thumping techno, always underpinned by a rich vein of quality and the ability to take listeners to new levels. She regularly treats dancefloors across the globe to her sound, with recent appearances at spots such as Rex Club in Paris, Golden Pudel in Berlin and Fabric in London (amongst others) alongside a series of excellent mixes and podcasts, most notably this years RA podcast (seriously advisable listening).

However it is arguably as resident for her own party Night Moves (which she co-runs with Jade Seatle) and Wales' iconic Freerotation that she is best known. Both events personify a focus on musical policy and a disregard for current trends, values which are representative of Jane's approach to DJing.

We're not sure there's much more we need to say about Jane. We have absolutely no doubt that she will take the roof off Henry's Cellar Bar and hope that you'll come and join us as we spend 3 hours in the company of Jane Fitz and her her deep, deep record bags.
