We are aiming to build a healthy, active community in Bradford and the surrounding area.
We are based at the Centre on Sundays and from Lister Park, Manningham Lane on Wednesdays.
If you are new to exercise, the Wednesday is a fantastic session to gradually get you back into exercise starting with walking, walking lunges and so forth...but do not be fooled! The Wednesday session remains a hard workout for those wanting to be pushed!
Sunday is a quick blast of a 30 minute higher intensity exercise, but again, open to all levels as the exercises are adjustable.
Available on Sunday is a pre-workout energy drink and a post workout recovery shake. Claim your FREE nutrition code before your first visit and sample these for free!
Nutrition donation is £3 for those whom choose to have these.
Protein bars are also available for £1
The main point to FitClub is to promote healthy active lifestyles and have fun whilst we do it!
The more the merrier, so please don't be shy, come along and bring a friend too!
