Black Coffee
Considering his meteoric rise to fame, it would be easy to stereotype Black Coffee as just another black diamond, a BEE beat magnet out to mine the insatiable upwardly mobile urban house-party market. But as he proved on his South African Music Award-winning album Home Brewed, this DJ and producer defies convention. Sidestepping Afro-house clichés and stage-managed highs in favour of restrained sophistication, Black Coffee’s penchant is for true Afropolitan house: home-brewed but trendsetting, fashion-conscious and future-focused. Expect almost sculptural balance and beauty. Black Coffee was born in Durban in KwaZulu Natal and grew up in the Eastern Cape in Mthatha, before moving back to Durban to study music at Natal Tech where he majored in Jazz.
Black Coffee was chosen as one of two South African participants in the Red Bull Music Academy in 2003 jump-starting him into the South African DJ scene – a decision he says he has never looked back.
2005, the same year as the release of Black Coffee’s powerful debut album ‘Black Coffee’ saw the birth and formation of Soulistic Music (PTY) Ltd, Black Coffee’s wholly owned 360° corporate structure,
his team’s home base and the jump-off point for himself, and as time has evidenced for many others to. Black Coffee revealed that his first album was created using very basic music-making software. “I don’t know how to explain the production stages of my album because all I did was put down the basic ideas that I had, I didn’t use any MIDI controllers everything was played with a computer mouse. He added that the use of live instruments in a song is also very important, giving a track that final magic touch and bringing it to life. Over past five years, Soulistic Music under Black Coffee’s leadership has built a worldwide network.

Angelo

Started his journey as a DJ at the early age of 16 years old, mixing his favourite music using strictly vinyl. He quickly realised that his love of house music and djing this particular genre was his calling. That sheer fact has propelled him into being a prominent and well-known name in the house music scene not only in his home country, Greece, but internationally as well! He has numerous guest appearances and DJ residencies under his belt in some of the biggest dance stages not just in Athens but throughout all of Greece.
DJ Angelo and his well-established promotions brand/team, Global Fantasy, have been featuring top notch DJ talent exclusively in Greece for multiple years. He has hosted some of the biggest names in the house music scene, including Black Coffee, Culoe De Song, Zepherin Saint, Manoo and The Djoon Experience. DJ Angelo has also performed along side DJs the likes of Osunlade, Franck Roger, Boddhi Satva, Djeff Afrozila, and renowned Τimmy Regisford to name a few.He has also had multiple international guest dj appearances at WMC in Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Paris, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Sofia and Nicosia.Look for DJ Angelo and his music productions continue to be widely supported in dance floors all around the globe!

Da Mike

is considered one of the most talented house music djs in Greece. He joined the Global Fantasy team in 2012 and has already hadthe opportunity to perform with some of the biggest house djs and producers in the world. He has appeared alongside house music
trailblazers such as Black Coffee, Osunlade, Manoo, Zepherin Saint,Culoe De Song, Djeff Afrozila, Franck Roger, Boddhi Satva, JoseMarquez and of course his 'partner in crime' Dj Angelo. He has already had numerous performances under his belt in some of the premier venues throughout Athens and Greece. Stay tuned for his first record release as a producer!

Born in Patras city,Greece (1978), with first attraction to music occuring by playing music for my parent's beach bar (1992).
That was the reason i got involved with music because i ve found a precious discotheque inheritance. My early dj sets were a blend of soul, funk, bossa , latin , hip hop, acid jazz, house and disco tips. After two years (1994) i worked as a resident dj and started to take interest in nightlife. I performed in special events with guest Dj's like Alex Neri, Frankie Valentine, Kostantin Cajuan Konstantinidis, Dj Krush, DJ Alfredo & Black Coffee.
